Booking is confirmed as soon as advance payment has been made. We cannot guarantee certain rooms or floors - however, we will do our best to accommodate special requests. Packages are only available as listed. Non-consumed boards will not be reimbursed.

Cancellation policy - advance payment and cancellation:

Advance payment per room 150.00 EUR

Cancellations are accepted free of charge but minus a booking fee of 21.80 EUR if the notification is received by the hotel at least 3 months prior to arrival.
If the reservation is cancelled up to 1 month prior to arrival, 3 nights are charged.

Cancellations within the last month prior to arrival entitle the hotel to charge 70 % of the agreed rate.
We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
